We at International Excellence pride ourselves on having the highest quality jewelry and would like you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied and need to return merchandise, we will gladly accept any returns providing you follow our return policy below. Request RMA RMA PROCEDURE: To return and receive credit for product(s) {if eligible for credit}, you must complete the Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA] form through our website at intl925.com. Once complete and submitted, you will receive an email containing your RMA#. When returning RMA merchandise, please assure that it is securely packaged, properly insured, enclosing a copy of your invoice, with your RMA number noted, inside the package plus your RMA number noted on the outside of the packaging. International Excellence assumes no responsibility for any product damaged in a return shipment. Please note: Returns made without the proper RMA#, noted on the inside and outside of your packaging, will be rejected by our Receiving department and may be shipped back at your expense. Items returned without the original packaging and / or no copy of the invoice included will be subject to a non-negotiable processing fee of 15% of the invoiced value. Items that you received in a damaged state or by mistake must be returned by creating an RMA through our website and we will contact you with return arrangements. For full credit, merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receipt, in the original packaging, following the RMA procedure. Any items returned after 30 days of receipt will be subjected to a non-negotiable restocking fee of 50% of the invoiced value with credit for merchandise granted at the discretion of International Excellence. Merchandise older than 1 month of your date of purchase, discontinued items, and special-order items are absolutely ineligible for return or credit. Once you have received the confirmation of your order of a Special-Order item, orders are ineligible for cancellation or return. To proceed with your return 1. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization form and submit it. Click here to fill out the RMA form 2. We will review your return request and once it is approved we will email you back a RMA #. Do send back the items before you receive the RMA #. 3. Upon receiving the RMA # ship back your return with a copy of the invoice and the RMA please make sure to write on the outside of the package the RMA #. Please make sure the return is securely packaged and insured. 4. Merchandise that is altered in anyway cannot be accepted for credit or exchange. For exchanges, we will do an exchange transaction along with any exchange fee. Keep in mind shipping charges will apply for an exchange. A 35% restocking fee may also be charged for accounts that consistently abuse the return privilege. Refused returns, undeliverable, or merchandise that was not purchased from International Excellence will be charged for the shipping costs of returning it to you. International Excellence may not be responsible for returned merchandise if these procedures are not properly followed. Thank you for adhering to our return policy.
